Which category should I start in?
Face and Head Protection for shields and glasses, Body Protection for hi-vis and welding aprons, Hands and Arms Protection for gloves and sleeves, and Safety Harness for fall protection.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free across Australia on orders of $100 or more. Below that it is a flat $25, shown in the cart before you pay. Express delivery is $25 on any order. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and arrive in 5 to 7 days.
Do your products meet Australian standards?
Our listings quote the conformance the manufacturer states, which on some items is a United States or European standard such as ANSI, ASTM or EN. Those are the maker's claims and we publish them as such. If your workplace requires an AS/NZS certification, ask us before you order and we will chase the manufacturer's documentation.
Are the prices on sale prices?
Yes, the prices shown are the current prices and the crossed-out figure is the usual price. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
Can I return something?
You can return an item within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, in its original packaging and with your receipt or order confirmation. On a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it should, we cover the return and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. Use the wholesale quote form with your items and quantities.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, every price is in Australian dollars and includes GST.
