Safety equipment chosen for the job, not the catalogue
Whether you are working at height, cutting timber, welding or spending the day on your knees, this is the gear we stock for those jobs.
A range you can hold in your head
Thirteen products, not four thousand. A shop with everything cannot tell you anything useful about any of it, and protective equipment is the wrong place to guess.
The maker's claim, named as the maker's
Where a manufacturer states a standard, we quote it and say whose standard it is. No listing claims AS/NZS certification, and we do not dress a maker's ANSI or EN statement up as one.
Your site makes the call
Selecting, fitting and retiring protective equipment belongs to the competent person on your site. We can get you the manufacturer's documentation; we cannot sign off your risk assessment.
Sizes listed plainly
Hi-vis in Small to XX-Large, gloves in Medium to 2X-Large, vests in three colours. Kit a crew in mixed sizes on one order and we will quote it.
Straight answers
Where a listing publishes no size chart, weight or rating, our page says so rather than guessing at one. Ask us and we will find out before you order.

Buying guide
Choosing protective equipment for the job
We keep the range small on purpose, so this is the short version of what we have learned: which item suits which job, what the standards on a listing actually mean, and where the decision stops being ours and becomes your site's.
Fall protection
A harness on its own is only one part of a fall protection system: it needs a connecting device and an anchor. Our five point harness has a dorsal attachment point between the shoulder blades and adjusts 80 to 140 cm at the waist. The self retracting lifeline listing states a 61 cm maximum arresting distance and a 408 kg maximum average arresting force. No listing claims AS/NZS certification, and we say so on the page. Fall protection must be selected, fitted and inspected by a trained person under your local work-safety rules.
High visibility clothing
A mesh vest, a fleece hoodie for cold mornings and a rain jacket for the wet. Reflective strips are 5 cm on all three, and the care details are on each product page.
Face and eye protection
A face shield is secondary protection and most workplaces require eye protection underneath it. Our shield is polycarbonate with integrated side and chin guards; the glasses are built to fit over prescription frames. Neither is a welding filter, and clear lenses give no protection from an arc.
Gloves
Three gloves for three jobs. The chainsaw gloves carry a 12 layer stopper patch on the back of the left hand, and their listing states EN 381-7 class 1 for it. The PVC gauntlets are latex free with a 26 inch cuff. The cowhide animal handling gloves cover the hand and forearm.
Welding leather
An apron covers the torso and sleeves cover the arms, and they are a pair rather than alternatives. Both are split cowhide sewn with Kevlar thread. The apron uses cross back straps.
Knee protection
Three layers: gel and foam next to the knee, rubber in the middle and a hard thermoplastic shell outside. Two 25.4 cm strap extenders come in the box for wearing them over work trousers.
What a standard on a listing means
Where a listing states a standard, the product page quotes it exactly and names it as the manufacturer's statement. No listing claims AS/NZS certification. If your workplace requires it, ask before you order and we will ask the supplier for documentation.
Questions before you order
If you are not sure which glove suits the work you do, which size to order, or whether a listing meets what your site requires, ask before you buy. It is a short email and a great deal easier than sending gear back. You can reach us at theteam@customersupport.care.
